​Yes, we have done so in the past and continue to do so very successfully. Where suitable premises are not available and we have determined that the demand is great, we would consider a new development, such as an Industrial Park or Office Complex.

​With over 1700 tenants and more than 300 000 m2 under management, we are confident we can meet the need of any Property Owner or Asset Manager. We provide operational management services, such as building maintenance, procurement, health and safety requirements and more. We can also take care of the building's administration, finding and vetting tenants, rent rolls, disbursements, etc. And if you require accounting services related to the building's management, we are able to assist with that too.
